Founded in 1992, Christian Alliance P.C. Lau Memorial International School (CAPCL) reopened its renovated Kowloon City campus in 2020. The school now focuses on early childhood and primary education for around 550 students.

CAPCL provides an environment that supports the intellectual, social and spiritual development of young learners. The curriculum is an Alberta (Canada) English-Mandarin bilingual programme, with a 65:35 ratio of English to Mandarin. This approach aims to build proficiency in both languages. Chinese learning
Mandarin with traditional characters. In addition to their Chinese lessons, children study maths and one speciality subject in Mandarin. The speciality subjects include art, Bible, health, music and physical education.
