Message from the Principal

At Christian Alliance International School (CAIS), we have five core values, which make for a warm and welcoming classroom environment and encourage the formation of strong relationships, a sense of belonging, and the enjoyment of learning.
Three of these values – wisdom, integrity and love – help in the internal, personal and spiritual development of our students. The other two – service and community – focus more on external aspects by nurturing the concept of servant leadership and the benefits it can bring.
Overall, we believe that each child is uniquely made in the image of God, and the task of teachers is to provide a wide range of learning activities that enable them to flourish and grow as healthy individuals.
That entails a rich and rewarding educational journey, with an emphasis on rigorous academic standards to impart knowledge, skills, integrity and discernment. Character formation begins in our primary section with school-wide activities such as Kindness Month and Spiritual Emphasis Days. We also use the “head, heart, hands” framework to discuss holistic education, practical wisdom, and why improvement requires consistent effort applied over time.
Through Christ-centred teaching and belief, we want our students to become confident young men and women who have sharp minds, compassionate hearts, and hands that are willing to serve.
Indeed, there are numerous opportunities to serve in and beyond the school community. For instance, in our high school, eight social justice clubs partner with various charities and NGOs, which provide warm meals for the homeless, visit senior citizens’ homes, work with children in hospitals and community centres, and assist asylum seekers and refugees.
Taking part encourages students to develop the perspective of a Christian servant-leader. It also makes them well-rounded individuals able to impact society in a wide array of professions and industries.
