Within Guidepost Global Education’s network across Asia and with 12 locations serving children under 6 years in Hong Kong, the Group’s Primary School, Academy of Innovation Primary School (AIP), is dedicated to delivering mixed-age learning for children ages 6-9 and 9-12. 

The Academy of Innovation Primary (AIP) follows authentic Montessori principles to deliver a bilingual education. It offers self-paced learning combined with daily one-to-one guidance from mentors. The school emphasises mastery learning, personalised instruction, skills development and a supportive community where students take leadership roles.

AIP aims to develop capable, compassionate learners through hands-on experiences that connect academic knowledge with practical application. Seasonal Camps are available during school holidays to extend the learning experience.
